📘 How to Use

After purchase, you’ll receive a license key by email.

1. Run the included “add to desktop” file to create a shortcut.
2. Launch the app, enter your license once, and you’re ready to go (valid for up to 7 reinstalls/devices).

Organizer Engine

• Choose a folder and pick one of 5 organizing modes:
  • By type (e.g. all .exe → exe_files)
  • By genre (e.g. PDFs, Word docs → Document_files)
  • By date (group by creation date)
  • By size (small/medium/large intervals)
  • Smart organizer (learns file names/types/dates and groups intelligently, improving with use)
• Organizers create safe copies if names collide (e.g. file_copy1.exe).

Groupers

• Group files by extension, keywords, date interval, or folder keywords.
• Choose whether to override duplicates or create copies.

File Unpacker

• Unpack multiple folders into their parent directory with one click.

Search Engine

• Use the included findTool to search organized folders by keywords, type, or date.
• Enable Universal Search to search across all organized folders.
• Results open directly in Explorer for easy access.

Other Features

• Undo last organize/grouper via changes.json.
• Cancel button for long operations.
• Clear button resets console and parameters.
• Output console shows progress and messages.
